ABOUT RADNOR ESU

 

  RADNOR  EXPLORER SCOUT UNIT:  

.

   Named after the Radnor Estate which is nearby, Radnor Explorers is the 14-18 year old section of Scouting in Downton. Every week we provide everyday adventures for young men and women from the cosy surrounding of Downton Scout Hut. We help at & share in activities & trips with the Scout Group, and with other Explorer Units.

 

   Opportunities for Explorers include all those things Scouting is famous for, outdoor skills, adventurous activities as well as international trips & more!

   EXPLORER SCOUTING IN THE SALISBURY AREA:  

.

Radnor Explorers are one of six Explorer Scout Units in of South Wiltshire.

  The others are:

  City ESU, based at the District HQ Dennis Marsh House

  Harnham ESU, based unsurprisingly in Harnham

  Lavertock ESU, on the north side of Salisbury

  Wilton ESU, who run from the ancient capital of Wessex

  Winterslow ESU, out at Winterslow
